Acute Study: We are conducting a study to assess the effectiveness of an investigational medication in treating migraine headaches for people who have discontinued treatment with short acting triptans (rizatriptan, sumatriptan, almotriptan, zolmitriptan, and eletriptan). If you are between the ages of 18-65, have a history of 1 to 8 migraine headaches per month over the last three months and have documentation of stopping rizatriptan, sumatriptan, almotriptan, zolmitriptan or eletriptan within the last 12 months due to nonresponse or intolerence, you may be eligible for this study.
Acute Study: We are looking for people between 18 and 65 years of age to participate in a research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug for the treatment of migraines. If you have suffered from migraines for at least 1 year and have between 1 and 8 attacks per month, you may be eligible. Participation will last up to 2 months and consist of 2 clinic visits.
